Mini Fins
Our Mini-Fin program is the perfect introduction to swimming for kids aged 5–11 who are curious about the sport but not ready for a full-time commitment. With three one-hour practices each week, swimmers are introduced to the basic skills of all four strokes in a fun, supportive, and low-pressure environment. The focus is on building confidence in the water, developing comfort with new skills, and helping each swimmer feel proud of their progress. Mini Fins will stay active, make new friends, and discover just how fun swimming can be! For those who feel ready, there’s also the option to attend a few swim meets throughout the summer for a fun and positive first race experience. If your Mini Fin loves the experience and is ready for more, they’re always welcome to transition into the full-time program at any point during the summer.
Bluefins
Our full-time Bluefin swimmers dive into an exciting and active summer, training 5 to 7 times per week with 1.5-hour pool sessions, plus two one hour dry-land workouts each week. With the option to join fun and engaging summer meets, this program is a fantastic way to stay in shape, build endurance, and boost overall fitness - perfect for athletes preparing for other sports or anyone looking to stay active. Swimmers will learn and develop all four competitive strokes while building confidence, strength, and endurance in the water. Above all, this program is about fostering a lifelong love of swimming and giving athletes the chance to grow, make friends, and have the best summer fun ever in a positive, supportive team environment.
