Serving as a board member is a rewarding way to help shape the future of our swim club and support the success of all our athletes. Board volunteers work behind the scenes to help organize programs, support coaches and officials, plan events, and ensure the club continues to grow and thrive. It’s a great opportunity for parents and community members to share ideas, build connections, and make a meaningful impact on the swimming experience for every family. Whether you have experience in leadership, organization, fundraising, communication, or simply a passion for supporting youth sports, your time and perspective can make a real difference.

This season, we are especially looking for volunteers to help fill several key board positions:

• Secretary – Helps keep meetings organized by taking minutes, managing communications, and supporting club administration.
• Equipment Manager – Oversees swim meet and club equipment, helping ensure everything is organized, maintained, and ready for use.
• Canteen Manager – Coordinates canteen operations during meets and events, helping create a fun and welcoming environment while supporting club fundraising efforts.
• Fundraising Coordinator – Organizes and coordinates fundraising initiatives that help support athlete development, equipment purchases, travel opportunities, and overall club activities.

These roles are vital to the success of our club, and support and guidance will be available to help volunteers feel confident and successful in their position.
